Abstract

In order to subjectively assess the small nuances between different spatial audio reproduction systems, a space with very low reverberation and practically imperceptible residual noise is necessary. In this article we present the new Listening Room under construction at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp) in Brazil, funded by FAPESP, and which shall meet these severe requirements.
